Using the online web booking:
Navigate to the Book Online section of our website
Login or if you've not registered, now is the time to register.
Click my Bookings
From this page you can view all future & previous bookings and download any receipts.
Using the mobile app:
Navigate to the Bookings section of our passenger app, from here you can view all previous bookings and download a receipt.
If you have previously registered via the app or web, you will be emailed booking confirmation as well as receipts for all journeys. Please note these sometimes find their way into your spam/junk box.
Shortly before your journey starts, we will send you a text message with your drivers name, vehicle registration, make, model & colour - this ensures you're getting into a licensed taxi with a professionally licensed driver.
Alternatively you can track your driver on our app or through our book online section.
Our Standard waiting times are set below:
For non-airport journeys, we give a grace period of 5 minutes after your booked pick up time. Once in the 6th minute, the driver has the right to start the meter. At this point the waiting time is charged in accordance to Somerset West & Taunton Council tariff structure.
